I recently visited the Splatley Islands in the South China Sea. This place is a place where territorial rights are claimed by countries such as China, the Philippines, Taiwan, and Malaysia, and the dispute continues. Still, I decided to travel to see this beautiful place.
The first thing I jumped into my eyes was a lush sea and a variety of marine creatures. I was able to snorkel, and I could see beautiful coral reefs and colorful fish. And I was able to experience the landing of the island. One of the most impressive things was the experience on Talser Island. The island is located by Malaysia, but the Philippines also claims its own rights. When I arrived on the island, I had no stairs to go up to the land, so I had to use a rope to go straight. As we rose, the scenery became even more beautiful, and the scenery that we had never seen was spreading.
One of my worries on my journey was the approach by the Chinese Navy. However, when we arrived in the Spratley Islands, the opposition ships were anchored, so we were able to get a sense of security. And eventually I was able to finish my trip smoothly.
Traveling to the Spratley Islands in the South China Sea has various challenges and difficulties, but it was a very valuable experience to be able to visit this beautiful place. I hope this place will be solved peacefully as soon as possible.
